Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a factory. We design, tool and assemble humidifiers and aroma diffusers in our own facility in China. OEM, ODM and private label are all handled in-house.
What is your MOQ for OEM and private label orders?
MOQ depends on the model and the level of customisation. Tell us your target market and estimated volume and we will confirm the exact MOQ, lead time and sample plan for your SKUs.
Which certifications apply to my market?
Requirements differ by market and by model configuration. Tell us where you sell and we will confirm which certifications and test reports apply to your unit.
Can you build both 120V and 220–240V versions?
Yes. The same model can be built for 120V/60Hz and 220–240V/50Hz with the matching plug type. Voltage and plug type are set per target market.
Do you provide retail or Amazon FBA packaging?
Yes. We offer retail gift-box packaging and FBA-ready options including barcode labels, instruction manuals and FNSKU labelling. Custom box design is available for private label orders.
What safety features are built into the units?
Our units include waterless auto shut-off and anti-dry-burn protection, with BPA-free water tanks and child-lock on selected models. Diffusers use materials compatible with essential oils. Certification testing covers electrical safety.
