Privacy Notice
01 · Who we are
We are To be confirmed (“we”, “us”), a manufacturer of humidifiers and aroma diffusers. Our registered address and principal place of processing is To be confirmed. For the personal data described in this notice, we act as the data controller.
For any question about this notice or about how we handle your data, contact To be confirmed.
To be confirmed with counsel: if we target or monitor individuals in the EEA or the UK, verify whether an EU/UK representative must be appointed and add their name and address to this section.
02 · What this notice covers
This notice covers personal data we collect through:
- the enquiry and request-a-quote forms on this website;
- the inquiry-list feature, including any files you attach to it;
- email, telephone and messaging channels you use to reach our sales team.
It does not cover how our customers or distributors handle personal data after they receive products from us, and it does not cover third-party websites we link to.
03 · What we collect
| Category | What it includes | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Identity and contact | Full name, work email address, company name, country, phone or WhatsApp number | You provide it in the enquiry form |
| Enquiry content | Your message, the product interests and target quantities you describe, and the models you add to the inquiry list | You |
| Attachments | Drawings, specifications or artwork you upload (PDF, DWG, DXF, JPG, PNG, ZIP) | You |
| Correspondence | Emails, messages and call notes needed to answer you and to progress an order | You and us |

Please do not send special-category data (for example health, biometric or trade-union information) in the message field or in attachments. We do not ask for it and we do not intend to process it.
04 · Why we process it and our legal basis
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) |
|---|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry and preparing a quotation | Identity and contact, enquiry content, attachments | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b); our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries — Art. 6(1)(f) |
| Providing samples, negotiating and performing a supply contract | All enquiry and order data | Performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) |
| Screening enquiries for spam and abuse (reCAPTCHA and a hidden honeypot field) | Technical data | Our legitimate interest in protecting our systems and staff — Art. 6(1)(f) |
| Sending product updates and new-model announcements | Work email address | Your consent, given by ticking the optional box — Art. 6(1)(a). You can withdraw it at any time. |
| Keeping records for tax, customs and export compliance | Contract, invoice and shipping data | Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) |
We do not use your enquiry data to make automated decisions about you, and we do not profile you.
To be confirmed with counsel: the legal basis relied on for outbound marketing, and whether an opt-in or a soft opt-in regime applies in each market we sell into.
07 · International transfers
Our head office and production site are located at To be confirmed. If you contact us from the EEA, the UK, Switzerland or another jurisdiction that restricts transfers, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in China.
Where a transfer restriction applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, together with supplementary technical and organisational measures. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards we use.
To be confirmed with counsel: the transfer mechanism actually in place (SCCs, an adequacy decision or a derogation), and whether a transfer impact assessment is required and completed.
08 · How long we keep it
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that do not lead to an order, including inquiry-list entries and attachments | To be confirmed |
| Contract, invoice, customs and shipping records | For as long as tax, customs and export law requires us to keep them |
| Newsletter subscription | To be confirmed |
When a retention period ends, we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it.
To be confirmed with counsel: the retention periods shown above are placeholders, not a legal opinion. Confirm them against the record-keeping rules of each market you sell into.
09 · Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable format, to withdraw consent at any time, and not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. We do not carry out automated decision-making.

|---|---|
| EEA, UK, Switzerland | Rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. |

| Korea | Rights under the Personal Information Protection Act, including access, correction, deletion and suspension of processing. |

To be confirmed with counsel: read the per-market rights descriptions against local requirements. Additional rights or disclosure duties may apply in the markets you sell into.
10 · How we protect it
We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis, and due diligence on the vendors we use. Attachments you upload are stored with the enquiry they belong to and are reachable only by the staff who need them to answer you.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.
11 · Children
This website and our enquiry channels are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
