Terms of Use
01 · Who we are
This website is operated by To be confirmed (“we”, “us”), a manufacturer of humidifiers and aroma diffusers.
To be confirmed with counsel: the full registered company name, company registration number and registered address must be inserted here before publication.
02 · What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries and quotations exchanged through it. They do not replace the terms of any signed supply contract: where a signed contract conflicts with this page, the signed contract prevails.
Consumer-facing terms are not set out here, because this website sells to businesses. If you are buying as a consumer, contact us and we will tell you which terms apply.
03 · Using this website
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or to interfere with its operation.
- Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades service for other users. If you need bulk product data, ask us — we would rather give you a feed than have you hammer the pages.
- Do not use the enquiry forms to send unlawful, misleading or third-party confidential material.
04 · Specifications, images and figures
Product pages on this site describe typical configurations. Capacities, mist output, noise levels, dimensions and packaging figures are stated per model and confirmed against the configuration you order. Product images are illustrative.
Where a figure differs between your order confirmation and a page on this site, the order confirmation governs. Where a certificate or test report is described as available, it applies to the model and market it was issued for, and not automatically to every configuration in the range.
To be confirmed with counsel: whether any market in which you sell requires specific wording for indicative specifications and illustrative images.
05 · How an order is formed
An enquiry through this website, or a quotation we issue in response, is not a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation for the specification, quantity, price and delivery terms agreed, and you accept it.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and MOQ, lead times and availability are confirmed per order rather than guaranteed by publication.
06 · Prices, payment and taxes
We do not publish prices on this website, because every order is quoted on volume, configuration and packaging. A quotation states the currency, the validity period and which costs are included.
To be confirmed with counsel and finance: payment terms, currency, whether prices are exclusive of taxes and duties, and the validity period of quotations.
07 · Delivery, risk and title
Delivery terms are agreed per order and stated in the order confirmation. Where an Incoterm is used, it applies as defined by the current Incoterms rules and is named in the confirmation.
To be confirmed with counsel and logistics: the Incoterms you use by default, when risk and title transfer, and how delays are handled.
08 · Warranty and defects
Warranty terms are agreed per order and stated in the order confirmation. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in normal use; it does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect voltage supply or failure to follow the instructions supplied with the unit.
Warranty against manufacturing defects: To be confirmed, as confirmed on the order.
To be confirmed with counsel: the statutory rights wording for each market you sell into, and how claims are handled per market.
09 · Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, layout, images and the marks identifying us — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may read, quote with attribution and share links freely. You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own.
Designs, drawings, artwork and tooling you pay for remain yours, or are transferred on the terms agreed in writing. We do not offer buyer-specific designs or artwork to other buyers, and we do not reuse them.
10 · Confidentiality
We are willing to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you send drawings, artwork or specifications. Where no separate agreement is in place, we still treat material you mark confidential as confidential and limit access to the people who need it to answer your enquiry.
11 · Third-party sites and marketplaces
We link to regulators, standards bodies and marketplaces so you can check requirements at source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is not an endorsement, and a marketplace's requirements are set by that marketplace.
12 · Limitation of liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website and with enquiries made through it is limited to the matters we have agreed in writing for the relevant order.
To be confirmed with counsel: the caps, exclusions and carve-outs that apply in your governing law. Do not publish this section unreviewed — limitation clauses are the most jurisdiction-sensitive text on the page.
13 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction named in your order confirmation.
To be confirmed with counsel: governing law, the courts or arbitration forum for disputes, and the language of proceedings. This must be settled before publication.
14 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Terms in force when an order was confirmed continue to apply to that order.
