We design, tool, mould and assemble humidifiers and aroma diffusers in our own plant. The page below is about the part buyers usually have to ask for: how production actually runs, who is responsible for quality, and what you will see if you come and visit.
Buyers who place a first order with a factory they have never seen carry most of the risk. So we publish the process, name the people accountable for it, and invite you to come and look before you commit — or to have a third party inspect on your behalf.

How the plant runs
From incoming material to a sealed export carton. Each gate can stop a batch.
- Incoming materialComponents and resins are checked on receipt against the approved specification. A batch that fails is not released to the line.
- Moulding and sub-assemblyTanks and housings are moulded, then sub-assemblies are built and inspected before they meet the main line.
- AssemblyUnits are assembled and wired to the configuration agreed in the order — voltage, plug type and control variant.
- Functional testingEvery unit is powered up and run: mist output, controls, safety shut-off and leak checks, not a sample pulled from the batch.
- Packing and pre-shipment inspectionRetail or export packing, labelling, then inspection before the cartons are sealed and released for shipment.
A buyer's inspection is welcome at any of these gates. If you use a third-party inspection company, tell us the scope in advance and we will schedule the line so the inspector sees the run rather than a staged sample.
