Humidification and Scenting for Hotels, Spas and Offices

In short

Commercial buyers do not buy a product, they buy a result: air that guests do not complain about, and a scent that is the same in every room. That means sizing per space rather than per unit, and planning maintenance before the first unit is installed.

We supply humidifiers and diffusers for hospitality and facilities use, sized per room type, with the spares and service arrangements that keep an estate running. Tell us the property type, the space sizes and how many rooms you are covering, and we will send a configuration proposal rather than a price list.

The problems this is meant to solve

Guests say the room feels dry, but nobody complains until checkout

Dry air is rarely reported as a fault. It shows up as a note at checkout or a lower review score, so the problem is discovered long after the fix should have been made. Sizing by room volume — not by the cheapest unit on the purchase order — is what removes it, because an undersized humidifier runs continuously and still never reaches the target.

The lobby smells different every time you walk in

That is almost always an inconsistent schedule or an inconsistent fill level rather than a different fragrance. Diffusers left to housekeeping discretion drift within a week. Fixed output settings and a refill routine tied to the room checklist keep the scent the same across rooms and across shifts.

You cannot take a unit out of service for a day to clean it

Cleaning and refilling are the maintenance tasks hospitality sites actually fail on, because taking a room's unit offline means the room is not sellable that day. Top-fill tanks and tool-free removable reservoirs keep the task inside a normal room turnaround instead of needing a maintenance visit.

Every site buys its own units, and the estate drifts

After the first property, each new opening tends to buy locally, and within two years the estate holds several models with different consumables. One agreed configuration across the estate, with spares held against a single part list, is the cheaper path even when the unit price is marginally higher.

Recommended configuration by space

Indicative pairings for a first proposal. Final sizing follows the room volume and the target humidity you set, not the floor area alone.

SpaceWhat it needsRecommended configuration
Guest roomsQuiet at night, refill inside a room turnaround, settings guests cannot accidentally changeTop-fill ultrasonic, sleep mode, locked controls

Capacities, coverage figures and runtimes for each recommendation are stated on the model page rather than here, so the numbers you read are the ones the unit was tested to.

Questions from facilities and procurement teams

How do I size a humidifier for a guest room?
Start from the room volume and the target humidity, not the floor area — ceiling height and air changes matter as much as floor size. An oversized unit cycles on and off; an undersized one runs continuously and never reaches the target. Tell us the room dimensions and the target and we will propose the configuration rather than the largest model we sell.
Can one diffuser cover a lobby?
Large open volumes usually need either a higher-capacity unit or more than one point of diffusion, because the scent has to reach the far side of the space without being overpowering near the door. The configuration table above pairs each space type with an approach; the final count follows the volume and the layout.
How do we keep the scent consistent across rooms and shifts?
Fix the output setting and make refilling part of the room checklist. Drift almost always comes from units being run on different settings or topped up inconsistently, not from the fragrance itself. Locked controls on guest-room units and a fixed schedule for public areas removes most of it.
What maintenance do these units need?
Cleaning and refilling on a routine, and replacement of consumables such as filters and seals. Top-fill tanks and removable reservoirs are specified for commercial use precisely so housekeeping can do this inside a normal room turnaround instead of booking a maintenance visit.
Can you supply a multi-site roll-out on a schedule?
Yes. Phased deliveries matched to opening dates are agreed per project, and holding one part list across the estate keeps consumables interchangeable. Tell us the number of sites and the timing and we will build the schedule into the proposal.
Can you provide a specification for a tender document?
Yes. We can set out the model, capacities, voltage and certification scope in the format your procurement process requires. Request the proposal and say which format you need — the specification figures come from the model record, so they match the model pages.
