You take an existing platform and put your brand on it — logo, colour, packaging and manuals — without paying for new tooling. We produce retail gift-box and FBA-ready packing, and supply the test reports and labelling your marketplace asks for. Tell us the marketplace and the models you are shortlisting and we will confirm the MOQ, the packaging options and the sample plan.
How a private label order runs
Five steps from first message to a listing-ready carton.
- Pick the platformChoose the model closest to what you want to sell. We confirm the MOQ for that model and the changes it can carry.
- Brand itLogo, colour, packaging artwork and manual wording. We flag claims that marketplaces or regulators tend to reject.
- Approve the sampleA branded pre-production sample is built and sent for your sign-off, including the packaging.
- Production and packingThe run is assembled, tested and packed the way you sell it — retail gift box, shipper carton or FBA-ready.
- Documents and dispatchTest reports, label files and export documentation go out with the shipment.
MOQ by seller type
The MOQ changes with how much branding and packing you add. Figures are confirmed per model.
| Seller type | MOQ | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| E-commerce / Amazon seller | — | Logo on the unit, retail box, manual, FNSKU labelling |
| Retail programme | — | Gift-box structure and artwork, barcode, shelf-ready packing |
| Wholesale / distribution | — | Mixed models in one shipment, export cartons, documentation |
MOQ is set per model and per packaging structure, so the figures above are confirmed when you name the models you want. A sample plan is quoted at the same time.
Packaging and manual checklist
What a private label carton needs before it can ship to a marketplace or a retail shelf.

- 02Product identificationModel number, voltage and frequency, power rating, country of origin.
- 03Certification marksOnly the marks the unit actually holds, printed to the standard each market requires. We do not print a mark the model is not certified for.

- 06Claim reviewWe flag wording that tends to be rejected — medical claims in particular. Final sign-off stays with you.
Documents your listing may ask for
Which documents apply depends on the market and the model. Tell us where you sell and we will confirm the set.
| Market | Typical requirement | What we supply |
|---|---|---|
| United States | — | Test reports and certificate copies where the model holds them |
| European Union | — | Declaration of conformity and test reports for the model |
| Japan | — | Certification documents for the model and market |
| Korea | — | Certification documents for the model and market |
We do not claim that every model holds every certificate. Tell us the model and the market and we will confirm what applies and what we can provide.
