This service covers the full path from drawing to shipment for humidifiers and aroma diffusers — tooling, moulding, assembly, functional testing and export packing. We work either to your existing design or develop the unit with you, and each stage is confirmed in writing before the next one starts. Send us the drawing or the requirement and we will come back with the process route, the tooling position and a quotation.

How an order runs, step by step

Five stages. Each one ends with a written confirmation before the next begins.

  1. Enquiry and design reviewYou send the drawing, the sample or the requirement. We review manufacturability, materials and compliance for your market, and raise anything that would be difficult or expensive to produce.
  2. Quotation, MOQ and scheduleYou receive the unit cost basis, the MOQ for the configuration, the tooling position and the lead time. Nothing starts until this is confirmed in writing.
  3. Sample and approvalA pre-production sample is built to the agreed specification — model, voltage, plug type, colour, logo and packaging — and sent for your sign-off.
  4. Tooling and productionMoulds are made or released, the pilot run is checked against the approved sample, then mass production follows the agreed schedule.
  5. Quality control and shipmentIncoming-material checks, functional testing and pre-shipment inspection, then retail or export packing, documentation and the shipping method you choose.

Questions about OEM and ODM work

What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?
OEM means we build to your design, using existing tooling and your branding. ODM means we develop the unit with you, including new tooling and industrial design, and you launch it under your brand. Private label sits between the two: our existing platform, your logo, colour and packaging.
What is the lead time for OEM and ODM orders?
Lead time depends on whether new tooling is needed. Orders on existing moulds run on the standard production schedule; an ODM programme adds design review, tooling and a pilot run before mass production. Confirm the lead time for your configuration when you request the quotation — the timeline table above shows which stages apply.
Can you provide samples before a bulk order?
Yes. A pre-production sample is built to the agreed configuration for your sign-off before production starts. Sample cost and shipping are quoted with the order, and the sample plan depends on whether the unit uses an existing mould or a new one.
What does “UL Listed” mean, and can you supply the certificate for my listing?
“UL Listed” applies to a finished product that a testing laboratory has evaluated against the relevant standard; “UL Recognized” applies to a component. Which one your marketplace asks for depends on the listing. Tell us the model and the market and we will confirm which certificates and test reports apply and what we can provide.
Do you sign an NDA before we share drawings?
Yes, if you want one. We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you send drawings, artwork or product specifications. Designs and artwork you paid for are not offered to other buyers, and we do not reuse them.
Can you check that my packaging claims are compliant?
We will review your packaging and listing wording and flag claims that regulators or marketplaces tend to reject — medical claims in particular. This is guidance from a manufacturer, not legal advice, and final sign-off on claims stays with you.
